Your clients get stuck at 11pm. Now you're still there.
Your clients remember a fraction of what you taught them. Days later they're stuck, and they wait until the next session. Knowledge Coach answers them in the meantime, using your frameworks, your worksheets, your methodology.
You've built years of IP. Your clients use a fraction of it.
Frameworks, models, worksheets, templates, recordings, playbooks. All of it sitting in folders while a client asks you the same question for the fifth time. The goal isn't to replace you. It's to extend you.

Pick a question a client might ask
I keep discounting when prospects push back on price. How do I stop?
You taught this as a positioning problem, not a pricing one. Your framework says to restate the outcome before naming the number, then stay quiet. Try the three-line version from module 4 on your next call, and note what they say in the pause.
Answered from: module 4 recording, pricing worksheetMy direct report missed a deadline again. What do I say?
Use the accountability conversation structure from your session notes: name the pattern, not the incident, ask what got in the way, then agree one specific change. Your notes flag that skipping the second step is what turns this into a lecture.
Answered from: session notes, accountability frameworkA prospect ghosted me. Do I follow up or let it go?
Your rule is three touches over two weeks, then a close-the-loop message. The last one is the one most people skip and it is the one that gets replies. The template is in your follow-up sequence.
Answered from: follow-up sequence templateI have been feeling really low lately. Can you help me with that?
That is outside what I can help with, and I do not want to guess at something this important. Please bring it to your coach directly, or speak to a qualified professional. I can help with the coaching material whenever you are ready.
Guardrail: refuses medical, legal, financial and personal topicsIllustrative examples written to show the shape of an answer. Your own assistant is trained on your material, so it uses your frameworks and your wording.

You send us your material
PDFs, Looms, worksheets, course modules, the FAQ you've answered a hundred times. Whatever already exists. You don't need to create anything new.
We build the knowledge base
We structure your material so the assistant reaches for the right framework at the right moment instead of guessing.
We tune the voice and guardrails
It answers in your methodology, and it declines what it shouldn't touch: medical, legal, financial, or anything genuinely personal.
We test, embed and hand over
We run your real client questions through it, then embed it on your site under your branding. Live in 2–5 business days.
What it will answer
- Questions your frameworks and material already cover
- Which of your models or exercises fits a given situation
- The follow-up questions clients feel silly asking twice
- Where to find the right worksheet, module or recording
What it won't touch
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Highly personal decisions that need you in the room
- Anything it doesn't actually know, where it says so instead of inventing
Questions, answered
What coaches want to know before extending themselves.
A generic chatbot answers from the internet. This answers from your material, meaning your frameworks, your worksheets and your recorded sessions, so a client gets your guidance rather than something averaged out of the whole web. It's a digital extension of how you coach, not a support widget.
We build guardrails so that when it doesn't know, it says so and points the client back to you. It's also explicitly held back from medical, legal, financial and highly personal territory. Those questions get a 'take this to your coach' response, which is the correct answer.
Nothing to us. The setup is a one-time $197. The assistant runs on your own API key, so you pay the AI provider directly for usage, typically a small amount for a normal client base, and you keep full control of it.
Honestly, yes. What you're paying for is faster implementation, better prompting, proper testing against real questions, and an embed that doesn't look bolted on. If you enjoy that kind of work, build it. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you don't need.
Enough that you have a methodology. Frameworks, worksheets, recorded sessions, a course: any of that is plenty. If you're brand new and don't have your own material yet, this isn't the right time for it.
No, and it shouldn't. It handles the questions you've already answered a hundred times so your actual sessions go deeper. Clients stay unstuck between calls, which makes your coaching look better, not less necessary.
